For sale is a versatile Backers 2HTA star screen plant from year 2019 with only 1,685 operating hours. The machine was manufactured by Backers and was also marketed as the Lindner ZetaStar 75.

This unit is ideal as a post-screening unit following shredders and primary crushers. Its strengths are particularly evident in processing bulky waste, commercial waste, green waste or waste wood, as the material is efficiently screened and oversize material can be returned directly to the pre-shredder via the hydraulically swiveling rear conveyor. This eliminates the need for an additional excavator or wheel loader for material return.

Thanks to its flexible star and screen deck configuration, the machine can also be used for topsoil, wet clay soil, sand, compost, or construction debris. The screen cut can be individually adjusted; the machine is currently set up for less than 60 mm. Adjustment of the star rollers and screen deck is available at extra cost.

The compact design allows easy transport by hook lift. On site the plant can be quickly moved and positioned thanks to the crawler undercarriage.
