PREMOSYS VE-P-0001 Signal Converter

This module is used for converting encoder signals supplied by a standard commercial encoder. These signals can have a voltage level ranging from 5 to 24V DC. The signals are converted to a potential-free output level of 5V DC with RS 422 characteristics.

Additionally, the pulse frequency of the output signals can be divided by factors of 1/2/4/8/16/32/64 and 128, with the ability to reverse the counting direction. This is simply set via a DIP switch. The division ratios apply only to the encoder count signals (K1 and K2); the encoder zero signal is output undivided.
