Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Suitable for the rapid removal of oil and grease residues. Versatile use for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance sectors, such as bolts, sleeves, ball bearings.

The soiled items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After selecting the desired washing temperature and duration, the unit is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated. While the unit is closed, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump assemblies draw cleaning solution from the washing tank and supply it through six stainless steel nozzle pipes equipped with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The items are thoroughly sprayed with the hot solution from all sides thanks to the even rotation of the motor-driven basket.

Once the cleaning cycle is finished, the unit automatically switches off.
