Omag machine with several manufacturing programs for paving stones (all models), blocks, right-angle curbs, and standard curbs (4 programs).

This is a complete plant including a drying robot and full automation for the product feed process.

The package includes an adjoining aggregate classification silo plant and automation for two 4m³ axial concrete mixers, with a total equipment weight of approximately 150 tons. Included are 36 assorted molds (detailed in the attached list) and an interchangeable piston.

Both the machine automation, aggregate plant, and color treatment plant are fully disassembled and stored in containers. For transport, the lot consists of 8 platforms and two full containers for automation, plus 36 high-value stainless steel molds.

The full package for sale consists of a complete concrete plant, concrete mixer, hopper, Omag plant with two transfer robots for drying, complete paving stone coloring equipment, and complete plastic pallet packaging equipment.

Cost estimate for assembly, commissioning, and general inspection by the same German manufacturer is around €150,000.
