Profiling LW160

High speed roll forming profiling line. Equiped with tools for production of GELAN and SCHUCO metal profiles used in PVC window frame production.
Machine speed up to 55m/min on 6m lenght profile production . Max material processing thicknes 2.5mm. Upper and lower shaft diameter 60mm, width between stands 360mm , invidual gearbox for every station driven with two cardans. Upper and lower shaft driven on each station. 15 working stands+ two straightening stands(turkish heads). All tool rollers has surface hardnes of 62 HRC. Also all axulary rollers and shaft which are in contact with material are induction quenched to 58-62 HRC (runout table rollers and horizontal accumulator rollers).
Fly cutting servo positioning system (obtained by DELTA servo motor 7.5kw+ ball screw+linear guides. Lenght of product setable with HMI. Hydraulic cutting system.
Run out table with automatic system for profile kickout, conveying and separating(continious production without stoping).

Horizontal input accumulator for strip material to achieve continious non stop production equiped with pinch rollers. Individual drives.
Double side hydraulic uncoiller.
Equiped with continious ink marking system printer from KONING (germany).
Automatic stacking system not mounted (see pictures).


Machine has recirculating cooling and lubricating system on all 15 stations.
Electronic parts: SIEMENS(PLC,contactors), SCHNIDER(contactors) and DELTA(taiwan drives and servo).

Machine was used in test production and processed only 250000m of material(machine is almost new). The machine is installed and connected to electricity. There is posibility to test the machine on site. The price is for machine dissasembled and loaded to truck.
