This machine is a high-performance forging press currently in active use in a metal fitting and brass hot forging production line. The robust mechanical design of the 2016 model is engineered to withstand the high impact energy and thermal loads required by hot forging operations.
Hot Forging Expertise: Delivers the rapid striking force and high pressing power necessary for hot forming materials like brass. Provides excellent surface quality for the production of metal fittings (valves, unions, connectors, etc.).
H-Type Rigidity: The enclosed H-frame body absorbs the instantaneous high shocks during forging, maintaining die alignment (axis) without deviation.
2025 Modernization: The infrastructure of the 2016 model was upgraded in 2025 with modern PLC and safety (OHS) standards. This ensures maximum safety and minimized downtime even under the demanding conditions of hot forging lines.
