ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welder was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH, but has only been in operation since 2017. This mobile laser welder is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), enabling the repair and modification of a wide range of components, including press tools, dies, injection molds, tools, and machine parts at any chosen location. Welding is carried out in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system is fitted with a narrow laser head, allowing access to the interior of the workpiece. Controlled by computer, joystick and footswitch. The machine is in very good technical and visual condition, regularly serviced.
The machine is sold complete with table.
