The used Atlas 1604 K ZW KLIMA rail-road excavator is a versatile excavator, equipped with a quick coupler and a reliable Deutz engine. The excavator was built in 2013 and has 11,920 operating hours. The machine offers an engine power of 95 kW (129 hp) and a displacement of 4,038 cc. It has a spacious double cabin with a heated, air-suspended comfort seat and air conditioning.

The vehicle is suitable for use on trams thanks to its narrow axles and special support. Other features include an Eberspächer fuel heater, a CWF600 soot particle filter and a rear view camera with monitor. The excavator has a heavy counterweight of 4.5 tons and a swing radius of 2,000 mm, which ensures greater stability and efficiency on the construction site.
