An intelligent NC control ensures smooth interaction between linear encoder and self-braking positioning motor in combination with a reliable hydraulic brake via large-radial center positioning.
The worktable is mounted on high-quality, preloaded bearings, which ensure extremely smooth rotation.

A CNC control allows programming of up to 90 cutting programs with different cut lengths, quantities, and miters.
Dual-side gripping positioning system
The B&S pusher system, feed and positioning device, is equipped with dual-side opening clamping jaws, hydraulically controlled. This ensures secure gripping and transport of materials and bundles that may deviate from ideal shapes. The pusher system is constructed separately and runs on ball-bearing linear guides, ground rack, and is driven by a frequency-controlled, robust geared motor.
