For spotlessly clean components – continuously
Continuous stainless steel parts cleaning system with oil separator for uninterrupted material flow. The components pass through the consecutively arranged treatment zones continuously (with optional indexing). Cleaning is performed as the parts pass by fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions approx. 400 x 100 mm.
Wire mesh link belt conveyor transports components lying flat or standing through the cleaning system.
- All-round nozzle frame – staggered nozzle arrangement allows comprehensive cleaning on all sides
- Separation of treatment zones reduces carry-over/mixing
- Adjustable nozzles and nozzle frames tailored to component size
- Adjustment of usable dimensions, load capacity, and pump performance possible

The process steps are carried out in the following consecutive treatment zones:
- Spray cleaning with inline wet treatment sections (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivating)
- Drying
