Construction and technology:

The CORMAK MM3156C drum sander is developed for industrial applications. The reinforced sanding drum assembly, quality bronze bushings, and feed belt tensioners ensure long service life and stable, backlash-free operation. A reinforced coupling efficiently transmits torque from the 1.5 kW motor to the working shaft. The machine features stepless feed adjustment in the range of 0–3 m/min, allowing the operator to match the processing rate to the material type and required sanding level.

The table guidance system, fitted with hardened rails and a cast iron body, effectively eliminates vibrations and increases overall rigidity. With a working width of 560 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 80 mm, this sander is an optimal solution for both series production and precision custom tasks.

Precision and work efficiency:

The CORMAK MM3156C through-feed sander ensures industrial-level precision due to its design focused on rigidity, guidance, and vibration damping. The minimum workpiece thickness is 3.5 mm, and the minimum length is 600 mm. The sanding drum, sized 133 × 560 mm, allows for precise and uniform removal of material in layers up to 0.5 mm. A Ø100 mm dust extraction port enables efficient connection of dust collection systems to keep the work area clean.
