General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and stamping applications. Thanks to its H-frame construction with 8 slide guides, it achieves maximum rigidity during the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model, featuring a 150-ton main ram and a 50-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity, is designed for precise, repeatable deep drawing operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure a long service life and reliable operation.
