General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder force.
Thanks to its 8-gib H-press frame design, movements of the ram and the table are performed with high rigidity throughout the pressing operation; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained across the entire long stroke.

The CHSP 2000/600 model offers high control and repeatability for large-sized dies, deep drawing, and spinning operations with a 2000 ton main ram and a 600 ton blank holder capacity. The stress-relieved welded steel construction frame is designed for long-lasting and reliable operation under heavy industrial conditions.
