General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are designed for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require extremely high tonnage, large table dimensions, and precise blank holder force. The 8-guided H-frame construction provides high rigidity during the pressing process, ensuring parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained throughout the long stroke for both ram and table movements.

The CHSP 2500/800 model delivers maximum stability, controlled material flow, and repeatable production performance for large and deep-draw tooling with its 2500-ton main ram and 800-ton blank holder capacity. The stress-relieved, welded steel construction is specifically designed for long-lasting and reliable performance under severe industrial conditions.
