General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed using a double-acting operation principle to ensure controlled material flow during sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guideway H-frame construction, maximum rigidity is achieved during pressing, and parallelism and squareness tolerances are stably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 300/100 model, with its 300-ton main ram and 100-ton lower cushion (pot) capacity, is engineered for deep drawing and spinning applications requiring high tonnage. The frame structure is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
