General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing and spinning applications. The 8-guided H-frame structure ensures maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 600/200 model, featuring a 600-ton main ram and a 200-ton cushion (pot) capacity, is designed to provide full control over die and workpiece during high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to guarantee long-lasting and reliable performance.
