Rigid vibration-resistant steel construction, consisting of:
- 6 mm thick trough box, made of St 37-2 grade steel with reinforcement
- Bolted drive console, stress-relieved and machined
- Special bolted outlet section with flange collar incl. 2 discharge openings, approx. 600 mm wide each
- Bolted trough and side wear plates, 8 mm and 6 mm thick, made from special wear-resistant steel (e.g. Hardox 450 or similar)
- Two stepped sections: 1st step approx. 400 mm high after approx. 1500 mm conveying distance; 2nd step approx. 200 mm high after a further approx. 1250 mm
- Acceleration sensor
- Hollow rubber springs
- Support structure providing a trough bottom height of approx. 1800 mm

Drive:
2 unbalance motors, 400 V, 50 Hz, IP 65, rated power ~2 x 7.5 kW = ~15.0 kW at 960 rpm.
The stroke amplitude is infinitely adjustable when stationary.
Equipped with cold conductor (PTC) for temperature monitoring during frequency inverter operation
