1.3 Substructure:
Sturdy lightweight construction made of pressed steel sheets, precisely electrically welded. Crossmembers with torsion-resistant outer frame.
ZIKUN folding swing mechanism.
Continuous drop side, horizontally divided. By folding down the lower sideboard, the upper sideboard is mechanically swung onto the roof.
The lever mechanism, assisted by a spring, is mounted on the front bulkhead. This ensures that no mechanical parts are located in the cargo area or in the corner posts. Force transmission is via a torsion bar in the roof, so that the sideboards can be easily operated evenly in any position.
Important: When open, the lower sideboard stands vertically against the vehicle. Flat, smooth entry at the front bulkhead with no interfering stanchions.
Top sections of the drop side made of special 25 mm aluminum composite panels.
Central locking on the side wall, right and left.
In the open position, the top sections of the drop side do not extend beyond the roof edge.
Open, prepared for installation of a tail lift (see special versions)
Fixed roof consisting of steel bows with permanently bonded aluminum sheets. Powder coated in RAL 9010 Pure White.
