Gooseneck:
Gooseneck with chamfered front corners at approx. 45° and rear chamfer of approx. 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood flooring approx. 30 mm thick.

Extendable loading platform:
Extendable loading platform with rear chamfer approx. 1,000 mm x 8°. 6 pairs of fold-out lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). 3 pairs of fold-out lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of recessed lashing rings at the front of the loading deck (LC 10,000 daN). Cut-outs in the outside frame of the loading platform for hooking in tension straps (LC 2,000 daN). Hardwood flooring approx. 48 mm thick, checker plate flooring above the axles.

Landing legs:
JOST landing legs (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for approx. 24 t lifting capacity (approx. 50 t test load).

Tires:
235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF tires, make of our choice.

TPMS:
TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141. Data transmission to the truck tractor via standardized EBS interface per ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be able to transmit and display this data.

Axles:
Godpey Aufmofx Aahjir
BPW axles and suspension, 2 rigid axles, 1 self-steering trailing axle. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Electromagnetic reverse lock, activated via reverse gear and manually. Air suspension with lift and lower valve. Axle tools.

Brake system:
Brake system according to EU requirements with EBS-E (2S2M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Steel construction:
Steel construction made of high-strength fine-grained steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N / S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL / S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).

Paintwork:
The entire steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding using a blasting wheel machine. Second abrasive blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion. Final coating with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system. Rims in silver gray. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White). Metallic paint not possible. Paint system tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Cavities sealed with special wax.

Electrical system:
Electrical system per EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection bar with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connection per ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO 12098.

Accessories included:
- 2-inch king pin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- One spare wheel holder in front of the front wall
- Yellow and red air couplings at the galvanized connection bar in front
- 4 wheel chocks with brackets at the front wall (±5 kg)
- Mount at rear end of gooseneck for ALU approach ramps
- Galvanized folding supports under the beveled part of the loading area
- On the gooseneck and rear plate, left and right, one holder each for warning signs, including socket
- Load gauge for determining axle loads, including load diagram

On the gooseneck: aluminum drop sides and tailboard, plug-in, approx. 2,440 x 400 mm (L x H). The rear galvanized plug-in stanchions are removable. (Superstructure length approx. 2,560 mm) (±46 kg)
