- Entire steel structure automatically shot-blasted with a wheel blasting machine after welding
- Second abrasive blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system
- Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 carmine red according to RAL system 841GL
- Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white)
- Rims in silver-grey
- No metallic paintwork possible
- Paint structure tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
- Sealing of cavities with special wax

Accessories included:
- Preparation for installation of bolt-on container positioning devices for 1x 20' or 1x 40' container on the outer beams
