Chassis / Haulage Semi-Trailer

Fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin. Coil well approx. 7,040 mm long. 6 coil supports (coil pockets, inner dimension 82 x 52 mm). Coil cover with screen-printed panels and steel sub-beams. Outer frame slightly angled with "Load-Lock" profile for strap attachment.

24t 2-speed landing legs, single-side operation, half-round foot with straight mounting plate, with shock compensation. Note: rear swing clearance approx. 1,930 mm. Pull-out ladder at rear, side door retainers. 2 wheel chocks with holder. Aluminum side underrun protection. Galvanized steel rear underrun protection. 6 quarter-shell mudguards (in front of 1st axle and behind each axle), with anti-spray flaps behind each axle. Rear bumper/impact protection.

Heavy-duty pallet stop, bolted on both sides, approx. 15–20 mm high, lashing points every 200 mm (loading height reduced by approx. 15–20 mm). Spare wheel carrier for 1 spare wheel, incl. wheel mounting kit. Spare wheel, same make as standard tires, steel rim. Plastic tool box with drawer and shelf, 650 x 520 x 670 mm (W/H/D), padlock-lockable.

Axles & Suspension

SAF disc brake axles, laser-aligned chassis/axles to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption. Air suspension. 1st axle: automatic lift axle incl. forced lowering and traction assist, activated via "3x braking" (traction assist functional up to 30% axle load overrun, max. speed 25 km/h).

Braking System

2-line air brake system, color-coded lines for easy servicing. Spring-loaded parking brake. 2 mismatch-proof coupling heads at front. EBS (electronic braking system) with EBS socket at front. Vehicle stability system, axle load detection via EBS CAN-bus signal.

Wheels & Tires

6x 435/50 R19.5", 6x steel rims, factory silver.

Electrics

24V, multi-chamber LED lights. 2x white/red LED rear lane-guide lights. 2x 7-pin and 1x 15-pin mismatch-proof sockets at front.

Front Wall / Front Corner Posts

2,580 mm high. Steel corner posts, full-volume design.

Rear Wall / Rear Corner Posts

Rear corner posts in steel up to roof edge, tarpaulin attachment via round tube and tensioning ratchet. Rear corner posts mechanically widen by 400 mm each for loading/unloading (rear doors, roof, side curtains and center posts must be open). Rear portal doors, 2-wing, each with 2 internal rod locks. Fliegl "I-Lock" integrated door lock.

Roof

Fliegl "Blitz" sliding tarpaulin roof, rear end-lift foldable, tarpaulin slides front to back. L-shaped roof beam for automotive industry use. Non-elastic roof, no sagging of roof beam. EcoLift roof, liftable approx. 380 mm, both sides, gas-strut assisted. 3 front drive positions: interior height approx. 2,900 / 2,950 / 3,000 mm. Optimized rain gutter at rear.

Registration / Certification

Type approval per EC 2007/46. Cargo securing certificate per EN 12642 XL, plus beverage transport certificate per VDI 2700 sheet 12ff. Pallet stop on both sides, approx. 20 mm high (loading height reduced by approx. 20 mm). 24/7 service hotline. Prepared for single-row license plate holder. Warning panel per ECE-70.
