The Z 513 K model is a refrigerated benchtop centrifuge. Various rotors are available for this unit. Speed/RCF value, run time, and temperature can be easily set via rotary knobs and are shown on large LED displays. The preset run parameters are saved after each run. The lid is locked and unlocked via an electrically actuated lid lock. The centrifuge features a maintenance-free, brushless induction drive with low noise emission. In addition, it is equipped with a CFC-free, hermetically sealed cooling system (refrigerant type R 404 a).
