STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal hydraulic ram press is designed with a range of three different power capacities from 100 to 250 tonnes.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially engineered to perform straightening and bending operations on profiles, bars and beams.
The horizontal layout of the machine allows easy handling of large profiles and beams. The latest generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved to offer exceptional versatility, allowing for the integration of a wide variety of tooling.

They operate with hydraulic pressures below 350 BAR to ensure greater longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature a “C”-frame made exclusively of S355JR steel, fully welded, stabilised, and machined at the end of the welding process, guaranteeing perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is calculated and designed using finite element software. With these features, we always guarantee our high standards of robustness, precision, and quality.
Equipped with an anti-rotation main pressing cylinder and a rear support table manufactured from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Supplied as standard with support blocks made of C45E steel.
Also included as standard are two height-adjustable side guiding rollers, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with lapped barrel, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
Cylinder operation is managed by a manually operated hydraulic distributor. It is equipped with a removable block to prevent piston damage.
The hydraulic power pack is motor-driven with single-speed operation.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
Electrical system equipped with motor protection and emergency stop.
Supplied with a glycerine manometer showing pressure in tonnes, and hydraulic oil included.
Fully compliant with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.
Comes complete with an instruction manual.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
• Basic feed rails from 3,000 mm up to 12,000 mm with adjustable height.
