STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed motorized hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable head in the ST series, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically engineered for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, plates, or structural components.
It allows access to different pressure points without needing to reposition the workpiece, thanks to the cylinder’s lateral movement and the gantry’s longitudinal travel.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. The assembly is stabilized and precision-machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy. The structure is calculated and designed using finite element analysis software, ensuring consistently high standards of precision and quality.

The gantry travels longitudinally for enhanced versatility.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with lapped barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear guides. Cylinder operation is controlled by a lever-operated hydraulic distributor.
Comes equipped with a removable bolster to prevent piston rod damage.
The hydraulic power unit features two speeds, with automatic switch-over from rapid approach based on hydraulic pressure, and is fitted with a decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & SAFETY:
The electrical system is equipped with a motor protector and emergency stop. Delivered with a glycerine-filled tonnage gauge and hydraulic oil.
Fully compliant with CE essential health and safety requirements.
Each press is supplied with an instruction manual.
