The Ilapak Delta 3000 industrial flowpack is one of the most highly regarded horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) packaging machines on the market, designed for continuous operation at high throughput rates. The Delta 3000 series machines feature a design based on multi-axis servo drive technology, enabling precise control over film feeding, product positioning, and finished pack cutting. The LDR version with bottom film feed is the ideal solution for packaging products with irregular shapes, sticky or easily deformable items (e.g., fresh meat, cheese, bakery products whether tray-packed or loose, and medical supplies).

This unit is factory-integrated with an advanced Markem-Imaje laser coding system. The use of a laser coder enables contactless, permanent, and highly aesthetic application of expiry dates, batch numbers, or barcodes directly onto packaging film during unwinding, without the need for costly thermal transfer ribbons or inks. To ensure complete operator safety and a clean working environment, the set includes a dedicated high-performance BOFA ES400i extraction system. This device is designed for immediate extraction and neutralization of smoke and microscopic particles generated during laser marking on the film, protecting both the operator’s lungs and the laser optics from contamination.
