General description
? Base frame made of two bent Z-profiles with transverse profiles. The swivel bearings for the tipping frame are located at the rear.
The continuous tipping shaft connects the base frame to the lateral roll-off centering rollers in the rear area.
? In the front tipping frame, the telescopic receiving arm with a 1,650 mm adjustment range is mounted.
The receiving arm with a hook height of 1,570 mm is equipped with a cast hook and a gravity lock at the top.
The front and rear tipping frames are automatically locked with bolts as soon as the push arm is moved forward.
? The hydraulic system consists of two double-acting lifting and tipping cylinders, as well as a shifting cylinder for the receiving arm.
? A multi-section control valve with pressure relief valves and pneumatic control cylinders completes the control system.
? In addition, a manual control is available as an emergency operation.
