As part of the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by over 70%. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced if necessary, including, among others, ball bearings and drive spindles. A complete geometric measurement and alignment were then performed, with additional verification using a laser measurement system. The machine bed and entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were dismantled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and compressed air hoses, were completely replaced. In addition, the machine was completely repainted and is also in outstanding visual condition. The generator and control unit were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator’s climate unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation. Finally, the machine underwent comprehensive EDM testing according to OPS Ingersoll’s quality and inspection standards. The machine is immediately ready for use and ideally suited for reliable production operations.
