FIBER CUT laser cutting machines represent a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. The innovative fiber laser technology enables significantly faster, more efficient, and cost-effective cutting of sheet metal components compared to CO2 lasers. These machines are characterized by high speeds, productivity, and exceptional cutting accuracy, delivering unmatched precision and repeatability.

CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser has been designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used to produce the machines is cut, welded, and then precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are additionally reinforced with ribs for maximum rigidity, eliminating vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, z 400W), which ensure proper acceleration and movement speed in each axis. Power transmission is realized through top-quality planetary gearboxes. In the X and Y axes, classic and proven helical racks are used, guaranteeing high durability and precision.
CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal cutting is performed by a water-cooled WSX head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam precisely on the material, ensuring excellent cutting accuracy. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to compensate for material irregularities. The protective window, located between the nozzle and the lens, shields the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.
LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser source, offering high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and excellent beam quality. This system allows for faster, more efficient operation and reduces operator error. The source is also resistant to back reflection, preventing the laser beam from returning into the source. Stable output power ensures efficient operation with low energy usage.
COOLING
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specifically designed for fiber laser cooling, featuring multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature warning.
EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds, giving the operator time to remove cut parts and load new sheet metal while the laser processes on the other table. This system guarantees highly efficient production flow.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To maintain the machine in optimal condition, racks and guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system initiates lubrication at preset intervals and in appropriate amounts, with all parameters configured in the software.
