CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser cutter is designed and manufactured entirely in our own factory. High-quality steel is used for machine production, cut, welded, and subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing, ensuring high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are driven by Schneider AC servo systems, delivering high resolution and power (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), thus guaranteeing optimal acceleration and speed in each axis. Power transmission employs high-grade planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes use traditional, proven helical racks, which provide outstanding durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
The system features a water-cooled WSX cutting head. High-quality quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam onto the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height, compensating for material surface irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly from molten metal spatter.

LASER SOURCE
The laser is equipped with a Raycus Laser light source, offering high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low power consumption, and high beam quality. This enables faster and more efficient operation, minimizing operator errors. The source is resistant to back reflections—when the beam is reflected back to the laser. Stable power output guarantees effective operation with minimal energy consumption.

COOLING
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specifically designed for cooling fiber lasers. They are equipped with multiple safety alarms: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low-temperature alarm.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The exchangeable work table, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds. This gives the operator time to unload cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the second table. This system enables extremely smooth production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

To keep the machine in optimum condition, racks and linear guides require oiling every few days. The automatic system initiates lubrication at preset intervals and with precisely adjusted volumes—all parameters are configured in the software.
