Opis
Chassis
In aluminium, cranked chassis (volume version -80-100 mm). Two fully-automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Tipping shaft welded into both longitudinal members and mounted in plastic bushings for long service life. Chassis width: 1,600 mm
Axles and Suspension
430 mm disc brakes. DCA axle assemblies, 3x9 t version with air suspension, air bellows centrally mounted to the chassis longitudinal member, first axle liftable with start assist and manual forced lowering, Smart Board info center, lift-lower valve.
Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres approx. 30-40% tread remaining, on steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts.
Kingpin
2" screwed into a 10 mm strong plate
Landing Legs
Aluminium drop-type landing legs with pin locking, 2x10 t static load capacity
Braking System
According to E.G. standard, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles and Wabco EBS-E incl. RSS (Roll Stability System), Wabco Smartboard info center, aluminium air tank system
Electrical System
To German StVZO regulations with 2x3 three-chamber lights (Aspöck type), 24 volt system with 2x7- and 1x15-pin sockets, with side marker lights, 2 separate halogen reversing lights at approx. landing leg height on the sides, 2 headlights as RF inner headlights electrically switchable inside left. All air and electrical lines are neatly routed in plastic tubing.
Tipper Body / Dump Body (fully welded inside)
Aluminium tipper body, side walls with 30 mm plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded; floor made of 8 mm high-wear alloy (5383H34/HB 110); front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design; rear wall as universal door in straight design, with two wing doors (1/2-1/2) each fitted with a grain chute; operation of the universal door automatic-pneumatic, lockable via a separate lever; rear hoop out of swingable aluminium; two hold-downs with rubber buffers mounted on the tipper body to the frame at the front wall.
Hydraulics
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall with an operating pressure of 135 bar, make Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose coupling half 1", shock absorber with spring stop mounted behind the tipper cylinder.
Accessories
