Chassis, Light Version
Aluminium (15-6-12)
Two fully-automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Chassis width: 1,600 mm.
Axles and Suspension:
SAF-Intradisc light axle assemblies, 'off-road version', with 3 x 9 t disc brake axles (430 mm), SAF air suspension, centrally arranged to the chassis longitudinal members. 1st axle with liftable air bellows, starting aid and manual forced lowering. Smart Board Info Center, Hebert lowering valve, front load pressure gauge.

Tyres and Wheels on Alloy Rims
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 50% tread, 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts for alloy rims.

Kingpin
2" screwed into an 8 mm thick 'light' plate.

Landing Gear
Support winches, load capacity 2 x 20 t, with swivel foot for air suspension.

Braking System
In accordance with E.G. standards, twin-line Wabco system, spring-actuated parking brake operating on two axles, with Wabco EBS-E including RSS (Roll Stability System), Wabco Smartboard Info Center, aluminium air reservoir system.

Electrical System
In compliance with StVZO guidelines, 3 round three-chamber lamps (Aspöck type), 24-volt system with 2x 7-pin and 1x 5-pin socket, 2x 7 side marker lamps, 2 central rear LED reverse lights, 1 round fog lamp, 4 LED work lights, 1 interior LED lamp, 4 red LED position lights in the door header. All air and electrical lines are neatly laid in plastic conduits.

Tipper Body / Tipping Skip "Smooth Construction"
Internal structure fully welded. Aluminium skip, side walls made from 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide and welded, floor plate 8 mm thick highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110) with 90-degree profile to side walls, front wall 4 mm reinforced in straight design, rear wall as universal door in straight design with 2 wing doors (1/2–1/2 configuration) and grain slide. Universal door operated automatically-pneumatically, separately lockable lever, rear frame in swing-out ALU design, two hold-downs with rubber buffers on the tipper skip fixed to the chassis at the front wall.

Hydraulic System Tipping Cylinder with "Sheath" Suspension
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, operating pressure 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose end 1", tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.
