General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blankholder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming applications.

The 8-guided H-frame ensures high rigidity during pressing, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently, even with large table dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, with a 1000-ton main ram and 350-ton blankholder capacity, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry sectors, where controlled material flow is required. The steel construction frame, stress-relieved by vibration, offers durable and reliable operation.
