General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting (ram + blank holder) operating principle for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spin forming applications. The 8-guided H-frame construction ensures high rigidity, stable parallelism, and extended die life even at large table sizes throughout the pressing cycle.

The CHSP 800/270 model, with an 800-ton main ram and 270-ton blank holder capacity, has been specially developed for processes requiring controlled material flow as found in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy sheet metal forming industries. The stress-relieved welded steel construction delivers long-lasting and reliable operation.
