Injection Unit

- Special G11.3 screw geometry optimized for processing.
- R12 check valve (multi-ball, recommended for PC, PMMA, ABS).

Clamping Unit

- Pump station with electro-hydraulically controlled pressure and flow pumps, as well as fixed-displacement pumps.
- Energy-saving proportional hydraulics with precise flow and pressure control.
- Servo valve for regulating injection speed, holding pressure, and back pressure.
- ECODRIVE system – energy-efficient hydraulic drive enabling parallel auxiliary movements with minimal energy consumption.

ENGEL Viper 40 Robot

- Integrated Cartesian robot with CC200/RC200 control interface.
- Three servo-driven axes: X = 700 mm (extendable to 900 mm), Y = 1,000 mm (tandem up to 1,900 mm), Z = 1,880 mm (extended up to 5,720 mm).
- Payload up to 17 kg, accuracy ±0.05 mm.
- C axis: rotary gripper 0–90°, pneumatically driven.
- B axis: head rotation around lift axis (Y), servo-driven, range +90° / –180°.
