Opis
Equipment Overview Chassis: Steel welded construction with welded longitudinal beams and punched Z-crossmembers, close crossmember spacing for high floor load capacity. Ramp storage: Two insertion pockets between the longitudinal beams behind the axle assembly under the loading platform, each for one loading ramp, with a locking plate in the rear head frame. Underrun protection: According to EC regulations. Front landing gear: Landing gear with single-sided operation. Rear supports: Two adjustable drop-down supports. Axles: 2 x 10 t air-suspension axle units, SAF make, drum brakes approx. 300 x 200 mm, hub-centric for twin tires, ABS, total air suspension lift approx. 200 mm (approx. 140 mm lift / 60 mm lowering), operated via hand lever with locking positions. Tyres: 8-piece, 235/75R 17.5 - manufacturer of our choice, on steel rims 6.75 x 17.5, ET mounted. Spray protection: PVC mudguards in front of and behind the axles according to EC standard. Load securing: Approx. every 150 mm on the outer frame a hole for lashing straps, tensile strength approx. 2.5 t (lashing straps can be hooked in when side walls are closed, outer frame bevelled). 6 pairs of foldable lashing rings evenly distributed, tensile strength approx. 8 t. Stanchion pockets for plug-in stanchions 80/50: 3 pairs of stanchion pockets in the outer frame, evenly distributed. Brake system: Air brake system according to EC with EBS. Two spirals as connection to the towing vehicle with red/yellow coupling heads. Spring parking brake acting on one axle. Floor: Approx. 28 mm Z-hardwood floor recessed into the outer frame. Front wall: 25 mm board wall, removable. Lighting system: Lighting according to EC, 24 volt, multi-chamber rear lights, number plate lights, side marker lights and lane departure lamps at the rear, connection plate left on the drawbar incl. connection cable with 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin plugs. Accessories: - 2 wheel chocks with holders - Detachable flashing beacon at the rear - Delivery of an additional 40 mm towing device (GG max. 13,500 kg) Paintwork: Chassis shot-blasted, cleaned and high-quality hot-dip galvanized according to latest technical standards. Body components cleaned, primed and hot-dip galvanized.
