Netstal EVOS 5500-2000 Injection Moulding Machine

Very compact, hydraulic, three-platen clamping unit with an encapsulated lubrication system, ensuring an oil-free environment in the mould area.
High-precision, wear-resistant linear guides guarantee maximum mould longevity and highest machine availability.
The injection unit features hybrid technology with a modular design and a flexible performance package (dosing, clamping, injection), which can be tailored to specific applications.
Maximum plasticizing performance and optimal melt quality are ensured by selecting components suited for the process.
Servo-electric dosing drive and modern valve technology guarantee energy-efficient operation.
