CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured in-house at our factory. The high-quality steel used in production is cut, then welded and subjected to precise machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms have additional ribbing, providing high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), which ensures proper acceleration and speed in all directions. Power transmission is achieved via top-quality planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks, providing durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
The WSX liquid-cooled cutting head is used for sheet metal cutting. Lenses made from top-grade quartz glass focus the diffused laser beam on the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. To ensure proper operation, the HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to account for material surface irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens protects the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The Raycus Laser source used in the cutter features high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low power consumption, and high-quality beam output. It additionally allows for faster and more effective work, helping minimize operator errors. The source is also resistant to back reflection, i.e., beam return into the laser. Good power stability guarantees efficient operation with low energy consumption.

COOLING SYSTEM
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specially designed for cooling fiber lasers. They feature a range of alarms: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
A rear-positioned exchangeable worktable minimizes laser downtime to a maximum. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, giving the operator time to remove cut parts and load a new metal sheet while the laser continues operating on the other table. This system ensures a very high production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

To keep the machine in good condition, racks and guides must be oiled every few days. The automatic system activates lubrication at preset intervals and in the correct amount, with all parameters set via software.
