Why this model? (Highlights):
• 3 dispensing levers: 2 separate flavors + 1 mixed flavor (twist).
• Self-pasteurization (SP): Thanks to the integrated pasteurization system, the machine cleans itself in a closed-loop system. This extends the cleaning cycle to up to 4 to 6 weeks. This saves enormous amounts of time, cleaning agents, and protects the seals!
• High performance: Produces up to 50 kg of ice cream per hour (approx. 670 portions of 75g). Even with long queues, the ice cream remains perfectly creamy and firm.
• Separate control: The consistency and firmness can be adjusted independently for both cylinders via the display (ideal for parallel use of, for example, creamy milk ice cream and sorbet/frozen yogurt).
