The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian acting as official receiver of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry near Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
organises an open outcry public auction, with ascending price bids, for the individual sale of the assets identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. In case of no award, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
For inspection of the assets, the official receiver will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the official receiver and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.
If assets are awarded, the official receiver will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion into RON (lei) will be performed at the BNR exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction documentation will be prepared by the official receiver according to sector practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be marketed by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euro and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euro. It can be purchased from the official receiver's office, or ordered by phone and sent to the participant via email.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the official receiver's headquarters. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for awarded participants and will be refunded to those who do not win any assets.

In case of identical offers, the asset will be awarded to the party who commits to pay the full price in the shortest term.
The payment deadline is 5 working days from the awarding. In the event of non-payment of the balance, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as the guarantee and will be barred from attending future auctions to be organised.
