With a gross capacity of 597 liters, it accommodates 2/1 GN containers or stackable E2 boxes. The rounded stainless steel runners for GN containers make cleaning significantly easier. The dynamic cooling system quickly brings stored goods to the desired temperature between -2°C and +15°C. Thanks to the powerful refrigeration unit and professional-grade electronics, this is guaranteed even at ambient temperatures of up to +43°C. Defrosting is automatic, but can also be triggered manually. The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully operational.
