Used TREPKO type 233KSP Filling monoblock - Year 2015Technical Specifications & Performance DataThe Trepko Type 233KSP filling triblock/monoblock is industrial filling and capping equipment for continuous gravimetric dosing of food, personal-care, household and industrial liquid products. Manufactured in 2015, this machine combines filling and plastic cap application within a compact production system designed for accurate container handling.Manufacturer: TrepkoModel: Type 233KSPProduction capacity: up to 7,200 containers/hourOperating rate: 40 cycles/minFilling system: gravimetric fillingFilling valves: 3Filling nozzles: 3Container format range: 100 g to 500 g, adaptable through format changeoversDimensions: 3.3 m length, 2.0 m width, 3.3 m heightWeight: 2,500 kgAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe monoblock is equipped with an Allen Bradley CompactLogix 1769-L30ERM PLC and a Pro-Face HMI, supporting controlled operation of the filling and capping sequence. Its gravimetric filling configuration is intended to support repeatable dosing performance in continuous industrial packaging applications. Format changeovers allow the machine to be adapted to different pack presentations within the stated weight range.Electrical supply: 3 x 400 V AC + PE + NFrequency: 60 HzElectrical consumption: 9.5 kVACompressed-air requirement: 6 barApproximate compressed-air consumption: 850 NL/minProduction Line Integration CapabilitiesThis filling and capping monoblock can operate as a central process unit within a dedicated industrial packaging cell. It is designed for PET, PP and HDPE containers fitted with plastic snap-on or press-on caps. With its compact footprint, the equipment can be integrated with upstream container supply and downstream conveying, inspection, labeling and secondary packaging machinery. The 100 g to 500 g format capability supports product presentation changes through dedicated change parts and format adjustments. This flexibility makes the machine suitable for second hand production lines requiring filling and capping equipment for multiple container presentations.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe machine is currently in production and functional. It has completed 15,000,000 cycles. Available documentation includes manuals and P&ID documentation. The system is supplied with 35 spare parts and is ready for installation.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe Trepko gravimetric filler is intended for accurate filling of products such as margarine, shortening, ketchup, mayonnaise, peanut butter, liquid soap, liquid detergent, lotions, liquid yogurt, juice and industrial lubricants. This broad application scope supports food processing, beverage production, personal-care filling and industrial product packaging. The three-head capper applies plastic snap-on or press-on caps with a 127 mm cap size. The combined filling and capping arrangement reduces intermediate handl...
