Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven Model EWB 1/1 after complete overhaul.

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (main frame of carbon steel).

The oven is equipped with a rotary ring, which is speed-adjustable to achieve the desired type of wafer baking. The ring has been cleaned and centered; supports/bearings are new. Fans have been replaced with new units. A new chimney outlet with flange has been installed for quick assembly.

The machine features two extruders with sleeves for shaping the wafer strips and tubes.

It is equipped with a knife featuring a pneumatic actuator and a photocell for precise cutting (with adjustable tube length).

The oven comes with a stainless steel batter tank mounted on a frame with a trolley.

The oven is equipped with pumps for transferring batter from the tank to the surface of the rotary ring.

It features a new control panel with a new gas pressure regulator. Speeds of the rotary ring and pumps are regulated by frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3200 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm.

The machine is powered by natural gas, high-methane type, symbol E (formerly GZ 50).

The machine has undergone a complete refurbishment. All thermal components have been replaced with new, more energy-efficient, and eco-friendly parts—ensuring lower gas consumption and higher efficiency.
