TAG Artena 16-channel Weigher and Filler is a fully automated multi-product weighing machine designed for precisely portioning delicate, small to medium-sized loose fruit and vegetable products into trays.

The machine is integrated into the production line upstream of packaging and labeling machines. Products are randomly loaded onto the weighing machine’s conveyor belt, transferred to the feeding belts via a dynamic hopper, and placed into trays. Trays are automatically denested and sorted onto the indexed conveyor. During the four-step filling process, trays are weighed in-line using patented technology.

Control is handled via a touchscreen panel that provides full visibility of the machine’s functions.
