This gigantic industrial process kettle with a capacity of up to 2,000 litres is an advanced process unit designed for large-scale food processing plants. Such a kettle is a key piece of equipment in large meat processing plants, ready-meal factories, fruit and vegetable processing facilities, large central kitchens, airline catering services, as well as in the production of sauces, soups and culinary bases.

The vessel is designed with double-jacket heating technology to prevent direct contact between the product and the heating element. This ensures perfectly even temperature distribution across the whole surface of the expansive tank (Ø1700 mm) and completely eliminates the risk of burning thick product batches. The machine's primary advantage is its automated hydraulic tilting system for the process chamber. Advanced actuators powered by an external hydraulic pump smoothly and effortlessly tilt the kettle, enabling rapid discharge of the cooked product directly into butchery trolleys (cymbergs) or onto further transport and dosing lines.
