The Italian brand Risco has for decades been recognized as one of the leaders in meat processing technology, and models from the RS line are renowned for their rugged reliability and simple mechanical durability. This machine is ideally suited for use in medium and large meat processing plants (butcheries), for the production of sausages, kebabs, burgers, as well as in delicatessen factories, vegetable processing plants, and ready meal factories.

The heart of the device is a spacious bowl with a capacity optimal for 450 kg batches, fitted with a proven paddle agitator system. This design ensures exceptionally gentle yet highly efficient and uniform distribution of seasonings, brine, and components throughout the entire stuffing mass. The paddle mixing system does not break down the protein structure or overheat the mixture, which is crucial for maintaining the highest quality and proper binding of the finished meat product. Discharge of the finished product is front-mounted, via pneumatically or mechanically operated discharge flaps, directly into the positioned trolley.
